Phoenix 4800 Desiccant System
The Phoenix 4800 Industrial Desiccant Dehumidifier is built with the restorer in mind. The 4800 has two truly exceptional features, which are its ease of use and its reliability on the job site. The robust construction is designed to withstand the rigorous conditions of water damage restoration, shipyards, off- and on-shore petrochemical facilities, manufacturing plants and the general rental industry. The well designed footprint fits in the bed of a pick-up truck (with the tailgate down).
The Phoenix 4800 is constructed primarily of light-weight aluminum for maximum strength and corrosion resistance. Over 15 years of manufacturing experience have been incorporated into this tough new weather resistant design and high capacity performance. The 4800 removes over 3,000 pints of water per day at AHAM and has an operating range of -10ºF to 140ºF. The 4800 is equipped with a reactivation temperature sensor that controls the amount of heat going into the rotor, so that the desiccant is always operating under optimum conditions.
Phoenix 1800 Desiccant Systems
Introducing the Phoenix 1800 line of desiccant dehumidifiers: the 1800DX and 1800XL VTO™. This desiccant has 1800 CFM of process air while drawing only 16 amps at 115 volts. Both versions of the 1800 are constructed of durable, weather resistant stainless steel and use an advanced silica gel rotor. The 1800 has up to 6 days run time on only 100 gallons of propane, beating all other desiccants in its class. The 1800 CFM desiccant is six times more efficient than competitive heat-based systems!
The Phoenix 1800DX includes a high performing, high efficiency desiccant dehumidifier, a 16" tandem axle V-nose trailer with electric brakes and 120 gallon DOT approved propane cylinder.
The patent-pending Phoenix 1800XL VTO™ Desiccant System is designed to adjust its output temperature reducing the need for mechanical cooling or heating. VTO™ (Variable Temperature Output) technology allows you to modulate your process air temperature simply by setting the thermostat provided on the unit.
The Phoenix 1800XL VTO™ is a complete mobile drying system including a high capacity, high efficiency desiccant dehumidifier with variable temperature output, an 18" tandem axle V-nose trailer with electric brakes, a 12kW Kohler generator, a 120 gallon DOT approved propane cylinder, and 22" of shelving to store and transport Phoenix Air Movers, Phoenix LGRs, flexible ducting, or anything else you might need to help speed your drying at the job site.
Running the on-board generator option allows the entire trailer system to stand alone as a drying power station for use throughout the job, supplying an additional 64 amps at 115 volts available for your drying equipment. The desiccant and generator, used in combination, can run over 2 days on 100 gallons of propane.
Both the Phoenix 1800DX and the Phoenix 1800XL VTO™ Systems are the perfect first-responders to any drying emergency.
Phoenix Window Adaptor — The quick, professional way to duct drying equipment.
The Phoenix Window Adapter is an easy-to-use and convenient tool for the restoration professional to properly duct drying equipment outside the affected structure. It quickly adapts to most double hung and sliding windows as a portal without the use of plywood or cardboard!
With its adjustable size openings and quick release cords, the Phoenix Window Adapater immediately secures the ducting to the window, completely eliminating the need for messy tape. The Phoenix Window Adapter’s water resistant construction will assist in keeping moisture from infiltrating the drying space, even if it is raining outside.
The Phoenix Window Adapter can be installed in minutes. Simply expand the adapter into the window guides, tighten the set screw, and it is ready to use.
